Sandra has been a real estate broker for over 40 years. She is an expert listing specialist having sold over 800 homes. She has the listing and marketing expertise to ensure that sellers get the maximum exposure necessary to attract the best-targeted buyers. She is an Accredited Staging Professional Realtor®, and her keen eye for presentation will ensure that your home has what we call the “WOW factor”--that vital first impression that hooks the attention of buyers both on the internet and at your front door.


Sandra is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) who works with sellers and buyers over the age of 55 guiding them through every step of the relocation process.  She also works with people relocating to south Jersey and other states such as Florida,N. Carolina, Delaware, and the New England states.  She has an extensive background in relocation and second-home sales and has many contacts including new construction builders in many states.


Sandra originally hails from England and loves architecture whether historical, traditional or modern.  She can put that passion to work for you when preparing your home for sale.  Sandra has resided in West Caldwell for the past 38 years with her husband, Robert, her son, Christian, and two White Golden Retreivers, Bella and Sophie.

Caroline Mescia joined The Bolcar Team in 2018 and her dedication and personalized service to her clients is second-to-none.  Her background in marketing and communications affords her to set exceptional standards in the real estate industry.   Her family roots in Montclair date back to 1938.  Caroline has a strong history of volunteering.  She founded and was president of the Grover Cleveland Park Conservancy for 12 years and was awarded 'West Essex Woman of the Year' in 2004. Her meticulous attention to detail awards her high marks from her clients.  Caroline originally hails from Verona but she has made Caldwell her home for the past 19 years with her husband Peter and three children.

Gayle has been a Springfield resident since 1972.   Her maternal grandparents moved to Springfield in 1957 and 3 generations of her family graduated from Dayton High School - her mother, herself and her three children.  She shares her love of the area with all who want to move there. For those looking to sell, her tenacity and social presence in the surrounding communities gets the word out quickly.   Gayle began her real estate career in 2015 when she joined The Bolcar Team where she wanted to take advantage of being on a Platinum-level team known for its robust marketing and cutting-edge technology.  Combined with her knowledge of her local market, it turned out to be a winning combination. Gayle services Union and Somerset counties primarily, but stretches to Essex, Morris, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties where her clients enjoy her top-notch services. She graduated from The Fashion Institue of Technolgy (FIT) in NYC where she learned to hone her keen eye for design.   Finally, 30 years of working in the advertising business as well 16 years on the party circuit as an event planner, contributes to the flair she demonstrates for a superior experience for both her home buyers and sellers.

Robert owned his own construction company for 25 years and his extensive background in building is his most valuable asset as your ultimate buyer agent. When it comes to selecting the perfect home, his meticulous attention to detail is priceless and his optimism makes him a joy to work with.  He is results-driven, not commission-driven so he is very particular about the home you buy.  His keen eye for the merits of a home make him the perfect choice for selecting the 'right' home--not just any home.


Robert is also a certified expert in Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource as well as Home Affordability & Foreclosure Alternative (HAFFA). He is an expert when it comes to helping people who are experiencing difficulty selling their home for what is owed to their lender.  He can also guide help avoid the pitfalls when buying a foreclosure or short sale home.

Peter Mescia is the newest member of the team.  Peter brings his extensive business background from working for larger companies to running a small business, to the team.   Peter has been an area resident since 1999 and served as a town councilman in Caldwell for several years.   As a councilman, Peter understands the value that a wonderful downtown can bring to its residents.  He fought to bring the Main Street Program to Caldwell and started a Not-for-Profit Company dedicated to the revitalization of its downtown.   As your Realtor®, Peter will apply this same energy and advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, he will work tirelessly for your best interests.
